The air conditioned hotel foyer, recently renovated and refurbished, has its own bar where after a day’s sightseeing you can enjoy an aperitif before dinner. In the restaurant you will find typical Umbrian food as well as creative dishes that are accompanied by a fine selection of regional and national wines.
